My Story
I started TurlandHR because I kept seeing the same thing happen. Business owners dealing with a difficult employee situation, a disciplinary that had gone wrong, or a grievance they did not know how to handle, and no one around them who could give them a straight answer without charging law firm rates.

After more than 12 years, I knew there was a better way. SMEs deserve access to the same quality of HR and employment law knowledge that large businesses take for granted, delivered by someone who speaks plain English and actually picks up the phone.
